Just a few minutes from Tulum en the biosphere reserve of Sian Kaan is a ancient canal made by Mayans approximately 1000 anos ago while just waiting to be discovered. This canal passes through four different ecosystems where you can come to understand more about the wetlands, four types of mangrove, lagoons, natural canals and tropical jungle where diverse animals, fish, birds and manatees live. With each expert local guide, you can visit some of the most natural protected áreas that are conserved here in Mexico. You can enjoy the beautiful refreshing yourself while floating in a canal that is 900 metres of sweet wáter within a World of natural magic. After, take a boat from Boca Paila to the sighting of the manatees. Finally, end this beautiful day by delighting your palate with some typical Mayan food in the mayan  community centre.

Stage 1: The Walk

We begin with a short walk in an archaeological area of Muyil with a local guide who will tell us about the Mayan culture, flora and fauna of the place, we end first stage whit some local fruits and water.

Stage 2: Boat

Then we hop to a beautiful boat ride to appreciate the incredible blue color of the canals previously used for the trade

Stage 3: Flotatio

 Continuing with a flotation through the calm rivers where you will not have to move a muscle, the calm stream of water will take you slowly floating through the canals among the most beautiful views, thus observing the flora and fauna of our beautiful reserve SIAN KAN

Stage 4: The Cenote

Wee come back to a “Cenote” Cenotes are magical, enigmatic and unique in the world and were once the only resource for fresh, sweet water in the local Muyil jungle. They were the sacred places of the Maya for that reason, but also because they represented the entrance to the underworld.
